Appointment Policy<\/h3><ul data-start=\"1294\" data-end=\"1579\"><li class=\"\" data-start=\"1294\" data-end=\"1368\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1296\" data-end=\"1368\">Appointments can be scheduled via phone, email, or our official website.<\/p><\/li><li class=\"\" data-start=\"1369\" data-end=\"1453\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1371\" data-end=\"1453\">We kindly ask for at least <strong data-start=\"1398\" data-end=\"1418\">24 hours\u2019 notice<\/strong> for cancellations or rescheduling.<\/p><\/li><li class=\"\" data-start=\"1454\" data-end=\"1579\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1456\" data-end=\"1579\"><strong data-start=\"1456\" data-end=\"1478\">Late cancellations<\/strong> (less than 24 hours) or <strong data-start=\"1503\" data-end=\"1515\">no-shows<\/strong> may incur a cancellation fee, disclosed at the time of booking.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3 class=\"\" data-start=\"1581\" data-end=\"1596\">2. Payments<\/h3><ul data-start=\"1598\" data-end=\"1859\"><li class=\"\" data-start=\"1598\" data-end=\"1683\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1600\" data-end=\"1683\">Accepted payment methods include: <strong data-start=\"1634\" data-end=\"1683\">cash, credit\/debit cards, and bank transfers.<\/strong><\/p><\/li><li class=\"\" data-start=\"1684\" data-end=\"1765\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1686\" data-end=\"1765\">Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.<\/p><\/li><li class=\"\" data-start=\"1766\" data-end=\"1859\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1768\" data-end=\"1859\">For GESY-covered services, patients must ensure their referral or documents are up to date.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3 class=\"\" data-start=\"1861\" data-end=\"1892\">3. Patient Responsibilities<\/h3><ul data-start=\"1894\" data-end=\"2100\"><li class=\"\" data-start=\"1894\" data-end=\"1960\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1896\" data-end=\"1960\">Provide accurate and up-to-date medical history and information.<\/p><\/li><li class=\"\" data-start=\"1961\" data-end=\"2030\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1963\" data-end=\"2030\">Follow physiotherapist instructions and prescribed treatment plans.<\/p><\/li><li class=\"\" data-start=\"2031\" data-end=\"2100\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"2033\" data-end=\"2100\">Inform the clinic of any changes in your health or contact details.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3 class=\"\" data-start=\"2102\" data-end=\"2121\">4.
