These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Elinos Petrou Physiotherapy & Rehab Center, a registered physiotherapy clinic based in Nicosia, Cyprus, operating under the GESY system.
By booking an appointment or using any of our services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Appointment Policy
Appointments can be scheduled via phone, email, or our official website.
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee, disclosed at the time of booking.
2. Payments
Accepted payment methods include: cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.
Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
For GESY-covered services, patients must ensure their referral or documents are up to date.
3. Patient Responsibilities
Provide accurate and up-to-date medical history and information.
Follow physiotherapist instructions and prescribed treatment plans.
Inform the clinic of any changes in your health or contact details.
4. Data Privacy
All patient records are confidential and handled according to GDPR and Cypriot medical data protection laws.
Your data will only be shared with authorized healthcare professionals when medically necessary and with your consent.
5. Medical Disclaimer
Our website and any communication with therapists are for informational purposes only and do not replace personalized medical consultation, diagnosis, or treatment.
6. Legal Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Cypriot courts.

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes.
