1. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, we kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations.
• Late Cancellations/No-Shows:

  • This fee will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
• Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to find a suitable alternative time.

• The Clinic will maintain the confidentiality of your personal and medical information in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.
• Your information will only be shared with other healthcare professionals involved in your care with your consent.
